If you are like me and think that hunting would be fun, but don’t actually want to kill anything, a great idea would be to go out with a paintball gun instead of a rifle. We could use camouflage colored paint so that after we nail 'em, they gain elusiveness with their new camo-fur and a new understanding of human tactics, making it that much more challenging and fun for actual hunters. "Yeah, it was only a four-point buck, but he DID have camo-fur."
It would be wise for lakeside communities to put a limit on how long its residents can build their docks. If there were no limits people would probably do what I would do; Build their docks the entire length of the lake, then build in a drawbridge so I can charge a toll for boats to pass through.
If I were to open an equestrian veterinary clinic, I think I would name it "The Horsepital". Mostly because the sign would make me giggle every time I drove in.
I was driving Samantha to school yesterday when she told me to watch for deer. That there were momma dear, and baby deer, and daddy dear... "They have branchlers" Sam said. "What are branchlers?" I asked. "The deers have branches on their heads called branchlers" she explained.
I have a humidifier running in the Nursery, and a dehumidifier in the basement. I think logic dictates that we move the baby's crib to the cellar.
Last night I was walking by Samantha's room and heard something odd. Tigger speaking in French. "Sam" I asked "Are you watching that in French?" She looked at me without replying with a confused look. I'm assuming she just didn't know what French meant, however, in retrospect, I wonder if she would have replied if I asked "Vous regardez cela en francais?"
Although ALL fish must be relieved when they are let go because they are too small, I'm sure LADY fish are also at least moderately flattered as well.
Accomplishments
The kids are making some great strides these days. Molly can sit up by herself at times. She can hold her own bottle at times. She can even roll herself over from back to belly and sometimes belly to back. Samantha has started taking swimming lessons. She has started taking showers instead of baths. She can now do simple math as well as ride her bike around my car in 6.4 seconds.
